hi guys. i've been reading the topics here and cant seem find the answer to my questions. my fiance book me a ticket through united airlines using his miles points. im flying via ana (mnl-nrt) then ua (nrt-lax) my final destination is carlsbad. my question is do i need to have a copy of my fiance credit card because i read a topic here that the airline is asking for a copy but that is a american airline. any ideas about it guys? another thing, i believe lax will be my poe and i need to get my luggage pass the custom and check in again for my final flight. my layover is only 1hr15mins, is that enough time?

I would call the airlines and ask.. actually I would call twice and make sure I got the same answer regarding the credit card

regarding the layover.. sounds way too tight to me, but depends on what terminal and what time of day. all terminals take international flights until noon or something like that. after that everything goes through the Bradley terminal.

If you are going straight into Bradley for sure it is cutting it too close.. it has always taken me more than an hour to clear.. wait time is about 30 mins for immigration plus your interview and then another 30-45 minutes for customs

then you have to go to your next terminal and check in through security all over again

well at least Carlsbad is only about an hour plus away.. unless there is traffic of course, then it will take a week

Call All Nippon Airlines in Philippines 553-8000

All Nippon Airlines and United Airlines are both Star Alliance

Advised ANA that your fiancé used his United Miles to book for your ticket
