Hello I´m mexican with a tourist visa, mom of a us citizen

he was born un FL in 2003 when he was 1 year old we came back

to mexico to live and we been living here for 9 years he has his both

nationalities , his us passport and ss# we have never travel together

when he crosses to usa he always travels with my sister and a notarized

letter from me (at the border they have never asked my sister for my son´s

permissions documents)

my question is the following.... what kind of documents do I need in order so my son

can travel along with me?

I have always been told that I have to take the hospital payment that proves that I didn´t

took advantage of medicaid o usa goverment.(It´s been 10 years of this and I don´t have this)

It´s been 2 years that I got my visa but my kids has gone to a private school here in mexico and

I have my own bussines which proves I don´t have the intention on staying on the usa for living

or working.

Kid want to visit Disney!

You shouldn't need anything as you are his mother and legal guardian.

Any issues with using government benefits affects your admissibility as a foreigner. Whether your son is travelling with you has nothing to do with it.

If they had issues with you using government benefits or whatever in the past, they probably wouldn't have issued you a visa. Since they gave you a visa, you shouldn't worry about it.
