Our case just got sent to the US interest office in Havana. Can you please tell me how the process goes from now on? Thank you

Hi you need to call and set up an apoinment for your interview,before the interview they wiil call you to go get a package at the embassy,on that package there is a list of things you need to bring to the interview,and also the paper for your medical exam it will tell you what hospital to go,make sure that you have the medical done before the interview,when you have all the aplication ready you are set for the interview,

hello i want to know if you can do anything to speed the process of getting the visa my fiance was approved Aug 28 and they told him to go after a week and it was not ready is almost Oct now and he still has not gotten his passport is there anything i can do ? i have sent emails but they dont even respond and when i call the embassy in havana they dont give any information how long does this process take ????thanks
