F2A, pending I130 & I-485, turning 21 in 2 days

Hello all, I need all the help you can spare! Thanks in advance!

My mother (an LPR) filed an I-130 petition for me last month (priority date August 30th, 2013.

- This is obvisously still pending

Noticing that the visa bulleting says that visas are currently available, i filed an AOS and USCIS received it on September 11th, 2013 with a request for concurrency with I-130 (797C for I-130 also included). I am currently on an F1 visa.

- I have received texts and emails of receipt and check has been cashed.

Problem is, I turn 21 in 2 days. I understand that if my mother was a US citizen, my age would freeze upon USCIS receipt of her I-130 petition. She is an LPR and I have seen CSPA calculators out there, but they require a petition approval date of which I have none.

I have made an infopass appointment for tomorrow so that if there is anything that can be done, it could be addressed then. However, I don't know what to ask for at the appointment or what can legally be done.

If anyone has come across this type of problem, please shed some light on it for me. Even if its bad news.

From what I know of CSPA, you should be fine, you shouldnt worry about aging out since "you are seeking to acquire legal permanent status while F2A is current". Maybe you should seek legal advise just to be safe, or maybe somebody with better knowledge can advise here. Good luck!
