Good day!

I was just wondering if its just okay for my wife to have only the I-184 form, W2 and pay stubs during her interview. I forgot to Xerox my ITR when we sent it to NVC. And requesting for ITR could took for weeks before I get it. and I am afraid it will not get to her in time.

Would she be in trouble without my ITR?

if you sent them to nvc, they will stay with your file all the way to the embassy

if you are worried, order a new set.. takes about ten days and you can email them .. copies needed originals not necessary
