Checklist just for ds260 but operator says missing document

Chcklist generted for ds260 knowin i had already submittedd ds230,howewver it doesnt say im missing any documents.i clled today nvcto say i had alteady submitted ds260 and they are sayig in missig the police certificate,has this happen to anyone

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the address provided.

The DS-260 Online Immigrant Visa Application replaces the paper-based DS-230 Immigrant Visa Application. NVC case number

Invoice identification number

Beneficiary identification number for each traveling applicant

To avoid delaying your visa(s) we urge you to send the required supporting civil documents, for all applicants, together in a single submission as soon as possible after submitting the DS-260.

Your case may be involved with paperless processes for submitting forms and documents. At this time, the availability of paperless processing is limited to selected U.S. Embassies and Consulates. often these emails are the "false checklist" when there are no details

if you sent your IV application already, then give it a bit and check back with them.. checklists come with details and a barcoded coversheet with the letters DR on it

yeah mine is with the bar code and everythign and everything this is the scanned version of it

in rereading it looks like they are asking for a ds 260 plus the police cert

where does it say police certificate?and plus i call once and the operator tells me they need policeccertificate call and hour later and they tell me just the ds260 called an hour ago and tell me my birthcerficate knowing i had already sent in everything

It was a false checklist you likely could have ignored. It means they reviewed your AOS package. Call back and ask if they've reviewed your AOS package.

Hey NLR this is wht happened first they asked for ny ds260 which i submitted it either way just in case.i call again and they aay im missing police certificate ,call again nothig is missing its in review,call again ny birth certificate is missing which all of thia is not true as i submitted it .wht can this be

And they shouldnt have asked for my ds260 as they have had my papera aince the middle pf august,im goin crazy and plus that im amonth away from my due date(im pregnant)
