I- 134

at question # 10 should my fiance put me or none?

the question sounds like: i have submitted a visa petition to uscis on behalf of the following persons:

He should say none or he should say my name with the I - 129 F Petition

And also if he did previously another affidavit of support for a tourist visa but did not got the visa should he say he did filled before or not , is question nr 9
the tourist visa application was for me as well. I did showed the form at the interview but nothing more
was no pettition involved in that process.
DS 156
question # 32. Do you intent to work in the U.S?
what they mean with this question (everyone will work eventually). should the answer be no if one will seek work after the AOS.
Thank you so much !!!

For this the petitioner (USC fiance(e)) will put your name, address, etc

And also if he did previously another affidavit of support for a tourist visa but did not got the visa should he say he did filled before or not , is question nr 9

was no pettition involved in that process.
For this the petitioner will put any other person that they have supported for a visa in the past, if any

For this I put, YES WITH WORK AUTHORIZATION, EMPLOYER UNKNOWN and everything went fine.
Thank you so much !!!

Blessings on the rest of your journey and I hope this helps.

Thank you so much and thank you for the reply. Do u think is a big deal the #9 question. My fiance mailed me already the form and he did not put my name there. Should he fill it again and resend it? Thank you.

No I do not think that it is a big deal. For a tourist visa it is up to the foreign citizen to prove that they will return to their country. It was most likely denied due to you not having strong ties to your home country, correct? I do not think that it will be a big deal, but if I am wrong, someone pls correct me.

Yes , beeing denied due to the fact i dod not have stong ties to home country (student at the time) and because my boyfriend at the time (fiance now) is in US . So you say just leave it like it is and not worry about question # 9?

I would leave it as it is, but you might want to go into the Romania portal and ask the question there as well and see what others say in the Romanian portal.
