Hi all,

My interview was on 25th July 2013 in Islamabad Embassy and got in AP counselor wanted additional documents that was strange he asked for my fiance's ex husbands proof of address and joint sponsor my fiance sent them directly to Islamabad Embassy via DHL on 6th and embassy got it by 9th September now waiting again. i sent them email twice yesterday my status got updated and today it updated again and i got an email from them to wait for 4 weeks and ask after that i wanna know if anyone can tell me whats going on and how much time it should take for their reply. Thank you.

if the embassy told you to wait 4 weeks, there really isn't anyone on vj that will give you a better answer

after 4 weeks and no answer you email them again, but if they told you already 4 weeks, they actually will get back to within that time

you never can guess how long it's gonna take, for some it's a few days for others it's a few months you just have to wait

I'm waiting out my AP it's the third months and I'm female, no answer yet not even an update

can you please tell me how can I email them? I got no phone number other than the one which's on answer machine all the time but I'd really appreciate if you tell me how can I email them

My fiance called the DOS day before yesterday they told her everything seems good u shd hear something this week after 22oct no update but I don't know wats going on here is the link

dont contact them before than 3 months , they get pissed off , u need to give them time to review your case , my case is updated twice in 16 days , i will send them email exactly after 3 months , this is what they told me contact us after 3 to 6 months ., so i will give them time , i know its painful but we cant do anything......

I didn't even sent them any email either lolz but there wasn't any such thing abt AP on that paper they gave me I am also giving them time jst waiting...

At least your status is updating man, my staus is not chaging, not even once on its own after 9 Sep, 2013, after this date it updated 2 times just becoz of my email n that are 24th sep and 8th oct. thats it

When was ur interview newsha? i m also female and in AP from 3 months, they dont need any additional documents either, even CO told me that u r approved and will get visa in 7-10 weeks
