please sending parckage out this morning, need help urgently

I am sending my parckages out to the USCIS, please can I use a plain sheet of paper to separate the forms and right what forms they are on the paper? Or should I use a folder and put the forms in different page of the folder? Please your response will be highly appreciated.

I mean and whrite what forms they are

You may separate and write on the white sheets. USCIS will take everything apart the way they want to anyway. Use paperclips NOT staples to keep your sections together.
