Hi All,

This message concerns people who have had their medical logged but not the Packet 3 forms.

My forms were signed for on August 16th and I finally got someone to speak to someone else on the phone "off record". As a courtesy to her, I am not giving you the phone number (sorry!), but I will let you know about the update.

She said that they were experiencing delays due to changes in the processing, and just generally because of a lot of applications at this time. She told me to remain patient and not to panic.

Finally, she said, and I don't know how true that is, that they were processing forms from August 16th at the moment and that I should be logged into the system within a week or so. I have no idea if that is true.

So, they are having delays, try to remain calm and patient, they haven't forgotten about us, they are just extremely busy at the moment.

I will let you know as soon as my forms have been logged so you can get an idea of what is going on.
