So, I'm about to send off my wife's I-751 form, but I'm slightly concerned about the address USCIS has on file. We moved to our current address six months after first coming to the States. We filed an AR-11 online, but we never received a confirmation letter in the mail, and our old address received a letter from USCIS a few months ago.

What happens if I send her I-751 and the address we have listed for ourselves is different than what they have on file? On the I-751, I attached a piece of paper with our previous address (as the instructions request), but what if our previous address is what they have listed for our current address?

Should I fill out the AR-11 again using the same thing for both the previous and current address?

I just want everything to go smoothly for my wife, so I would really appreciate some insight.

Thank you.

Don't worry. Just use the current address on the I-751 and also indicate the previous address/es in part 1 question 2a through 2c. USCIS will correspond to the address in the I-751 regarding any I-751 related correspondence.

You filed AR-11 for the immigrant spouse. Did you file I-865 in case you filed I-864 for the immigrant spouse! If not yet done, please do it now.

I believe my mom was the sole joint sponsor for the I-864, and her address remains unchanged, so that should be OK.

I may have also filled out an I-864, though; I can't remember how that works.

Part 2a through 2c of the I-751 is for First, Last & Middle names.

If you have filed I-864, you have an obligation to inform your address changes.

Sorry, I was answering some other thread about name changes and gave wrong info. Qustions16a through 16f are for your current address and you will have to select YES for question 22 and attach all addresses in an additional attachment with full details with dates.
