Dear VJ Members,

My CR1 visa stamp says issue date 14th of August 2013 and Expiry 14th February 2014. Somebody told me that I have to travel within 90 days of visa issue date. Is this true?

No. You can travel anytime as long as it is within the visa's validity date. You have to be on US soil before Feb 14, 2014.
