I got approved for I129F how long is the wait to have an interview in the philippines. I got approved on Sept. 5, 2013

Have you tried calling NVC for your MNL #? If not then call them and ask for it. also you can ask for your NOA2 hardcopy. That should contain your MNL# too. After that you are the one to schedule your appointment with US embassy in manila (USEM) :)

What's NVC and MNL#. And where can i ask for NOA2 Hardcopy because this is my first for fiancee visa.

NVC is the National Visa Center. They receive the visa if it is approved by the USCIS to be assigned a Manila Case Number (MNL#) and be forwarded to Manila Consulate. You need the MNL # to schedule an appointment for interview in Manila Consulate. Ask NVC for your MNL #. If you call them and they say it isn't with them yet then call every other day because before it only needs 2 weeks for them to receive it from USCIS but currently they have been lagging again.

Phone number for NVC: 603-334-0700

Email: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

I suggest you call and email them. Email them to send you your MNL# through email so that you can send a copy of it to your fiancee even if the NOA2 hardcopy hasn't arrived. Sometimes the medical asks for the NOA2 copy that has the MNL# so it would be handy to have a copy. But always better to call and ask for your MNL# and the hard copy of your NOA2 so they will send it to you.

Don't forget to check out the guides here on VJ for what to do after NOA2 or look for Hank_ or his posts and refer to his signature as it is very helpful for those with approved NOA2 :)

Can I still visit my fiancee in her country while the petition is still pending

Yes :) You can visit her any time you want. The consul during her interview would ask her when was the last timw you were together (I think almost all of us (K1 visa app) were asked about this.
