"Expedite request" help needed please :)

My husband is in danger. I already requested an expedition and surprisingly my request was denied even though I sent out a lot of proofs. I'm really stressed out I do not know what to do to save his life. Please help me if you have an experience in expedition requests. NVC representative has just told me that I have to persuade US embassy in Baghdad/Iraq because they'll decide whether to accept or deny.

Please lay out any suggestions or thoughts that might help. I appreciate your help.

I thought that F2A Visa's weren't even eligible for an expedite. I don't know what to say sorry.

Yeah because our spouses are not USC, therefore, low priority.

If the Embassy denied your expedite request, there is nothing more you can do.

why not tell us exactly why he is in danger? Beneficiaries from Syria don't even get expedites, and they live in one of the most dangerous parts of the world

Not really... Beneficiaries from Syria have not been targeted individually by terrorists because they've worked with US military before like my husband!! Syria is in a civil war (totally different situation)

if it is at nvc you should send it to them and then imo follow up with a supervisor

And don;t tel me not really, have you watched the new lately? they don;t exactly live in Disney Land. I never said the situation was the same, I didn;t know your husband's situation to compare. But obviously the embassy in Baghdad didn't believe there was a good enough reason for expedite. They only thing you can do is follow their instructions and send in more evidence, they have the last word

Have you sent any specific evidence related that he's been targeted by Al Qaida? They should consider give you an expedite especially related to terrorism organization like this one.

Have you pursued refugee or asylum status? Along with trying to get an expedite request, I hope he is also trying to get the government to protect him. And if not that, I hope he'll try to move to another country ASAP. His safety is important. Even if the Baghdad embassy doesn't think he is in danger, he needs to get to safety.
