So noticing the wrong birthday on the I-130. On NOA1 it says to call and notify them. Will this delay the application? Will it start my time over? I am so depressed right now.

Was the date wrong on the forms? Just call USCIS in morning. Start over why you just started so really nothing has got started yet. You have abit of a wait so just call and correct.

Yes I checked the form. It's one digit off in the year so I missed typed most likely and I think I didn't notice cause the year I typed was mine so in my head it looked right. :( I will call. I have already waited four months and i just don't want that to be for nothing. Thank you.

naw its really easy to fix.. ask them for a typographical error service request .. always best to do so with an IO and take down their name and all that good stuff
