This is all happened to me it is long but after you read you can say "wow there are worse situations than mine"

I am residing in California with an f1 visa, after I finish my degree here I applied for I-485 ©(3) on November 7th 2012 my service centre was Laguna niguel California which has 90 days processing time and today it has been 318 days and still no response.

First they misspelled my surname ad I was able to correct it via phone on January 4th 2013 then for a very long time I didn't get any response from them whenever I call the 1-800 number they either told me wait or filed a service request which told me to wait.

Then once on the 1-800 they told me to take an appointment and go to uscis office. I used their online appointment system however Laguna niguel was not on the list therefore it gave me an appointment to Chula Vista office.

I went there on February 12th and the lady I talked to said "it is in process so wait" I said it is over normal processing time and she said "there is no such thing as normal processing time" and I showed the document where it says 90 days and her response was "then go home if you don't like the service"

Then I tried to reach them via state representative a lady in her office told me they called them and I need to wait more.

Meanwhile I got two job offers and called 1800 number several times each time they said they filed a service request and I should hear them back in 15 days however at the end of those 15 days I got a copy-paste response telling me to "wait"

9 months after I sent email and told them I am worried that they lost my application then I got a response "your phone had an ink mark on it you need to send us a new one" few days later I got a letter saying that my photo was blurry (!) and I sent them a other photo the same day.

Meanwhile I got married with my 4 years partner now he has to file me I-130 and I-485 however I already have a pending I-485 which I don't expect to get a response at all. And I am not sure if I can file the same form twice even though they are for different reasons.

Has anyone got any suggestions that I should do as I feel like they basically lost my case as all my friends got responses in less than 60 days.

Thanks
