Hello,

We filed a k-1 visa and were approved on 8/21.

I just called and got the information that our interview date is scheduled for 12/16! Is there anyway to speed this up? Flying 9 days before Christmas is next to impossible for me and my job!

Thanks,

I don't think they would give you a date that is closer...call them and they would probably leave you an open interview where you could go any day...just make sure with them first

After the embassy receives your case, do we deal strictly with DOS or do we have to get info from NVC?
