NOA2 approved Aug 19th , STILL not received by NVC??

finally!!!

my status has just changed into IN TRANSIT!!

i wonder how soon it will arrive to the embassy. Should i contact them tomorrow or the day after? or wait till they contact me?

wait and they will send an e-mail

we just filled out the DS-160 and submitted it

and are trying to schedule the interview but there are none at this time we have to keep checking...... so dissapointing......

uhh I am glad i found this post! I already thought I was the only one who had to wait ages...

we received our NOA2 on July 18th and are still waiting!
After calling NVC and USCIS multiple times it seems that they have lost our case... :(

USCIS swears that they send it out over 2 months ago, NVC says they never received it! Oh dear...

Hi All.

We had received NOA2 on 2 Oct 2013 stating that our approved I-130 petition was send to NVC for further processing. But till date we haven't received any updates from NVC. Kindly suggest us..

Once it gets to NVC it is just a matter of time. You can be one of the lucky ones that gets pushed on through and this dosn't take long OR you can get put in AP which can take weeks. Have you called to check on the status of your case?
