Hi everyone,

Currently trying to complete the new online DS-260 form. I have my LND number but it's asking for my Invoice ID number. What is that? And where can I get it?

I've heard I can call up the NVC but I can't get through. I've also heard that even if I do get through I could be on hold for ages and not actually get anywhere.

What's going on? All of the official information I can find on the Invoice ID number make it sound like I should have it.

just hit redial a lot

you will get through

the wait for me has never been more than 15 minutes

later in the day.. as in 10-1130 pm eastern is the shortest wait time

Invoice I.D.Number if you paid the visa you will see the invoice I.D. number or check your NVC bill payments for visa..

For DCF, you have to do it a different way. I'm just checking what details we have on it in the UK forum.

Update: Got it. You have to enter your Date of Birth (YYYYMMDD) instead of an invoice number if you're doing DCF.

You have to enter DOB if you're doing DCF (YYYYMMDD) in place of Invoice ID

July 19, 2013 - I-130 Filed

July 23, 2013 - Notice of Receipt (NOA1)

July 26,2013 - Request For Evidence (RFE) Notice

July 30,2013 - Evidence Returned

Aug 2,2013 - NOA2 Approved (10 Days)

Aug 28,2013 - Email Received Stating LND # (They Sent Packet 3 on August 27th)

Aug 30,2013 - Packet 3 Received and Sent (DS-230 Part I and II, DS-2001, and Cover Letter)

Sep 4th, 2013 - Medical

Sep 19, 2013 - Packet 4 Received

Sep 27,2013 - Interview - *approved*

Oct 02,2013 - Passport Packet Received (3 working days)

Oct 11th, 2013 - POE Los Angeles

Oct 21st, 2013 - SSN Received
Nov 14th, 2013 - Greencard Received
