Well everyone is different but I don't get worked up at every little joke or comment..To me being habitually offended is most of the problem in America.

I'm not communicating my point clearly. I'm blaming G&D coz he's not successfully coaching me - communicate like twitter. (but) Don't go calling me a poor communicator coz that's hate speech. After all - I haven't had the same bred twitter education benefits you have had your entire life & so I will make you feel guilty for holding me accountable. How will I do this? Passive aggressive back handed racial slur jokes. It's a version of the "wounded bird" routine.

Get it now? I'm not habitually offended - I want a level playing field or I'm gonna hammer the other player on principle alone.

So many excuses and rationalizations deflects from accountability. Not much different than watching an alcoholic justify the next drink.
