If only they had outlawed handguns in D.C., this never would've happened. Ohh wait....

ETA: Oops. My bad. Looks like handguns in D.C. have been legal since 2008. Seems that is the Heller case the gun nuts are always rambling on about.

Odd i thought this happened in the Gun Control capital of the world, on a Base that was protected by armed guards with a weapon stolen from a secure Govt facility

Yes blame it on Texas and the NRA?

No, it was Obama obviously.

Its not like flying planes into buildings but very close.

His gun fetish was certainly nurtured in Texas rather than in D.C. But keep denying that. I know you will.

He's not FROM Texas...he just lived there. Can't you understand "from" and "lived"?

Why do you say he had a gun fetish? Is there some new info?

I thought a gun fetish was a prescreening requirement for Texas residency?

Or is that only in the new Republic of Texas?

This whole Texas.thing. which is totally irrelevant. Is this really all you anti-gun people have to hang on to.

That building today, that was guarded. Was inside a base that is guarded, that is inside a city in which firearms are banned. This sounds like the epitome of what you guys have been asking for. Ban all weapons and depend on the government to protect you. Yet it took the police almost 3 hours to stop him.

What we really need to take away from this is that he lived in Texas for a few years. It just got more bizzare than i ever thought it could

So GWB was not "FROM" Texas? What about Sam Houston and William Travis? Kinky Friedman?

ahh the last vestige of retreat..Drag GWB out

So, it is all the Navy's fault? Where is Marvin to protect his people!

It was a black sailor.

Sam Houston was born in Virginia...he has no business being called "from Texas"

Houston Texas should rethink their name pronto.
