Wait, so are we or aren't we allowed to put blame on Congress when things go wrong? Or does it depend who the President is at the time?

Someone just dared to put some blame on Congress for some of Obama's failings and practically got laughed at for it.

the obama administration can't blame congress for blowing 2 years of dems walking lock step with everything he wanted. he could have passed anything & didn't. its obama's fault he meets resistance today, and nobody elses.
