Will USC petitioner getting medicaid affect i130 and i485 application of alien spouse?

My USC husband is petitioning me for the i130. I am also going to file the i485 concurrently since I live here in the US. However, since my husband does not meet the income requirements to be the sponsor, we are getting another relative (my cousin) to be the co-sponsor. My husband and I have a USC daughter..

We will be filing/mailing out forms etc within this September. Now here's the situation. My dad-in-law (USC husband's dad) is insisting that my husband and daughter apply for medicaid. He also wants them to apply for food stamps (NOT INCLUDING ME, THE BENIFICIARY). I told my husband that i'm really worried that it might affect my petition and adjustment of status. My husband understands and is willing to hold it off. But my dad-in-law insists.

So now that is my question. Will my USC husband and USC daughter's application for medicaid or food stamps affect myself getting approved for i130 and i485?
