You do not use how much he made so far in the last 6 months You use the annualized current income amount. If he makes $30k a year, then that is what you list for his current income. If he is expected to make the same in the next 6 months(17,850 x 2), then he would make $35,700 annually, You prove that amount with a letter from employer and recent pay stubs. The employer could put his base salary and the approximate number of hours he works each week including overtime. Or he can provide his 2012 tax transcript and the recent pay stubs only, which show the overtime and reflect the true income amount he makes, and skip the letter from employer.

A household size of 3 needs $24,412. Full time of 40 hours at 12 an hour is $24,960 annually. Since his pay fluctuates, then as I stated before, skip the letter from the employer and use the past tax returns plus a few months of recent pay stubs. Approximate the expected annual current income and put that amount. If he expects to make $28k, put that. If he expects to make $30k, put that. It sounds like he is on track to currently make what he made in prior years. The past tax returns and recent pay stubs reflect the actual amount he makes annually.

you know what i just wanna go head and share what he did last 6 months (including overtime) maybe its will be helpful what we gonna decided

1.months:137.50 hours average:34.37 per week

2.months:198.25 hours average:49.50 per week

3.months:195 hours average:48.75 per week

4.months:238.25 hours average:59.50 per week

5.months:200.50 hours average:50.12 per week

6.months:201 hours average:50.25 per week

so last 6 months average hours per week 48.74 if they acount like that 48.72 .52=2534.48 i dont know so confused what you think ?

Well, if you use the average hours per week, then 48 times 12 an hour is $576 a week and then times 52 weeks would be $29,952 annually.
