I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the link I sent previously as the NEW instructions for the I-485 does not specify this.

I can tell you that the PREVIOUS instructions of the form (Form I-485 Instructions Rev. (01/18/11) Y Page 8) stated...

"Make the check or money order payable to U.S.Department of Homeland Security, unless:

A. If you live in Guam, make it payable to Treasurer of Guam."

Be diligent in your adjustment process and find out if this still holds true or not. You may want to contact USCIS.

If you are still unsure of this information based on the current form/instructions, the USCIS will accept the 01/18/11 Edition of the I-485. This is specified on their website HERE
