We have already mailed out the packet. My husband was unable to retrieve the 2010 tax. W-2 was included for both 2012 and 2011, though. Also included the federal tax return filed with TurboTax for the year of 2012.

We wrote unknown for the year of 2010. I was in a rush as he has left the US per US military order. I know it was not wise of me to rush out. That was the only thing I believe was missing. We included Leave and Earning Statements for the last 6 months.

Will I get an RFEs? I am very worried as now I probably won't get to leave the US to visit him due to Advance Parole which take 3 months+ from what I read.

Thank you again for the VJ community

I don't know if its needed or not at this point but I suggest the USC requests copies of his tax transcripts from the IRS to make sure. They are free and can be ordered by using the IRS web site. They are sent by mail or fax or in person at any IRS office.

I appreciate the response. I just went it and requested a copy. Hopefully once I get an RFE I will be able to quickly provide that number or the info IRS will send us.

I am very nervous and really don't think I will pass ahhh. Thanks again.

You are trying to get a F 1 visa? I don't know what a F 1 is so I can help you there. Is it possible you mean K 1?

I actually meant to say adjusting from F-1 through marriage ==> I-130 and I-485 were filed.

I doubt it will be an issue.

From the I-864 instructions:

7. Item Number 14.
Federal Income Tax Information.
You must provide either an IRS transcript or a photocopy from your own records of your Federal individual income
tax return for the most recent tax year. If you believe additional returns may help you to establish your ability to
maintain sufficient income, you may submit transcripts or photocopies of your Federal individual income tax returns

for the three most recent years.
