Hey All,

When I filed for the K-1 VISA, I also filled out the I-134 Affidavit of support. And when we entered the U.S We gave the CPB Officer the packet that the Embassy had given my wife (then Fiance) which I presume has that document of support. Do i still have to fill out the I-864?

864 is used for adjustment of status

so yes you will have to file one of those when it is time

134 is not the contract, the 864 is the contract
