hello every one

me and my fiance combined Declaration of how we met in person in the last two years and intent to marry within 90 days in one letter.

so we did not write separate letter of how we met in person in the last 2 years we combined it in one letter together with intent to marry within 90 days.

i hope that is not going to be a problem

what do you think about that guys?

Your Timeline indicates they approved your NOA1. The letter of intent, etc was in that Petition. You got by this one.

Don't make mistakes... The Journey gets more complicated later.

Study what you need after the NOA2. It is possible to get a RFE but lets not jump to Conclusions for now.

please man.. noa1 is a receipt.. that is all.. it does not mean anything in the file was looked at other than the payment a quick flip and tossed in a box

sit tight and wait.. its too late now.. if they ask you know what to do..

I would get crisp n clean new ones.. intent only .. a few of them ready to go.. you will need new ones at the interview so might as well get em all typed up now

if you get an rfe for it drop it in the mail same day if possible.. but wait for your actual rfe notice IF IT COMES

The NOA1 is a receipt that the petition was received. Nothing was approved yet.

You are supposed to provide a letter of intent from each. You can hope you get an adjudicator that lets it slide, but all you can do is have those ready to send in case you get an RFE for them.

no no, we did not combine everything in the same letter.

we sent letter of intent to marry in 90 days one from me, one from my fiance.

what we did is that we did not write declaration of how we met in person in the last 2 years on a seperate paper.

my fiance, the petitioner, included that in the letter of intent to marry in 90 days.

so he combined intent to marry in 90 days and declaration of how we met in last 2 years in the same letter

on my side i also wrote the letter of intent to marry in 90 days
