Any one that has done K2 visas or in currently in that process?

My fiancee will go for her K-1 interview with her two girls 6 and 17.

I wonder if ONE package with all the forms will be enough for the three of them or if each one will have to have her own package with copies of all documents.

Also I wonder if my fiancee will have to pay one $240 fee that would cover her and the girls, or if each one of them will have to pay their own fee; thus, $720 altogether for the three.

Please advise!

The visa fee is for each person no matter the age, so yes $240 x 3. Each visa applicant no matter their age also needs a separate Affidavit of Support but the supporting documents can be shared. Also each applicant no matter their age, need to have each required visa interview forms filled out. Each applicant no matter their age needs a medical exam and everyone over 16 needs police clearance reports. Now I do know some consulates and embassies can vary, so I recommend emailing them to confirm this. But this is my understanding. I have researched for my fiance and his daughter.

Thanks for the info, have your fiance already scheduled his interview? Have he scheduled different times for him and his daughter of just one date/time for the two of them?

He has not scheduled his interview yet, we are still waiting for NVC to log it in and send to South Africa. His daughter is in Nigeria and so her interview will be seperate, later. But if they were in same place then the interview is done together at the same time. This is why I am confident of the info I gave you, I went back and forth and around with Lagos Consulate, Johannesburg Consulate, USCIS, and NVC until I got all the answers to line up and pinned them all down in writing. LOL. like that matters if they all want to change the rules.

The visa processing fee is per visa, so you need to pay the fee for each of you. They need medicals and their own DS forms. There is a place in Part 3 of the I-134 to list the children that will be accompanying the K-1 applicant, so separate I-134 forms are not really needed. You can ask your consulate directly if each K-2 needs their own I-134 or will they be listed on the I-134 for the K-1 parent. Since all the consulates have different procedures and requirements, it is a good idea to ask them directly what they require for K-2 applicants.
