Hi Everyone!

I'm a newbie here.. Hope u can help me regarding ds-260 n ds-230.. Here's my question..

"Does my husband (petitioner) can filing out and signed the ds-260?"

"Is it true that ds-260 is the replacement of ds-230? So i will not then submit my ds-230 form?"

"I have 2 yr old baby, who will going to filing out for her in ds-260 or ds-230? Will she need to fill that form?"

Thank you so much... :)

either of you can filled up the DS-260(CEAC) as long as you have the NVC Case Number and Invoice I.D. number to log-in .

"Does my husband (petitioner) can filing out and signed the ds-260?" I would suggest that YOU fill out the DS260 because all info on the form pertains to the beneficiary (you).

"Is it true that ds-260 is the replacement of ds-230? So i will not then submit my ds-230 form?" Yes. After submitting the DS260 online, you will have to send your civil documents to NVC via snail mail.

"I have 2 yr old baby, who will going to filing out for her in ds-260 or ds-230? Will she need to fill that form?" Yes, your baby is required to have her own DS260. You will fill it out for her. Your baby's civil documents should be mailed to NVC as well.

Thank you so much... smile.png

Hi Bunny03,

either of you can filled up the DS-260(CEAC) as long as you have the NVC Case Number and Invoice I.D. number to log-in . that's what my daughter do. She is in Philippines this time to get his 4 year old son. during their interview with his son the consul reschedule their interview for she don't have the DS-260. She log-in in CEAC website using the case number and Invoice I.D. Number. then she click the edit/view and in the left side she click the get started for his son information. After she submit it, NVC send the confirmation letter and she print it right away... Now my grandson visa was approved.. they are now in Davao City waiting for the visa to delivered...

Good Luck...
