Could my boyfriend sponsor me on going to US for a tourist visa ? So i dont have to worry getting my visa cuz i dont own my own property?

No on sponsors you for a tourist visa to US. You have to apply and qualify on your own. You have to show strong ties to your country to convince immigration you will return to your country when you visit is done.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I did see the ealier post. I have to agree highly unlikely but you can apply.

Pinays are smart... But this will never "fly". To many and this and thats to it.

Young lady, they will ask where you where are going and why.

I wanna see the US... That will raise an eyelid.

What is the True reason for wanting to come here.

Remember, you always can apply. Nothing against that.

Get your stories correct and in line.

When New People come here they sometimes ask for advice how to skip/cheat something. We are aware of that. Can't blame you for trying.

I know it sounds unfair. Thats the way the System is set-up right now.

Anytime you apply for a Document it is a Matter of Record. (Overseas, Passport, Visa's of any sort) It can come back and hurt you.

No, my girlfriend is philipino and tried getting a tourist visa to the states. She was denied on income alone and she has 2 homes back in phili. However, we did apply at the US embassy Tel Aviv as we're both on working visa's here. You would have to show tons of proof of income, plus over a few months.

I applied B-2 visa a few years back to visit my fiancé. I brought bunch of papers, my assets, bank statements, credit cards statement, my insurance papers, a letter from my company that I would going back. But for the embassy, all those things were not enough to show I had my strong tied to my country since I put on the box that I wanted to see my fiancé. The CO handed me a yellow paper and write down " consider apply I-129F for K-1 Visa".

FYI, I had a friend of my fiancé told me here that his Filipina girlfriend tried to obtain B-2 visa. She was working at big company in PI and had high paying job. Her B-2 visa was refused because she said wanted to see her boyfriend.

Again, it is no harm to try but I already have seen before my eyes what result was. Good luck.
