My K1 Progress

* July 10th, our case has was accepted and routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing.

* August 21st RFE arrived (they wanted the page of my divorce decree that had the judge's signature/my mistake).

* August 29th they received my response to the RFE.

* September 11th received NOA for approval, case is being forwarded to Manila.

I am quite the organized person, and my skills are high regarding writing letters and making a solid case. My fiancé isn't like me, so I'm a little worried. She is really smart and outgoing, but a bit shy. I hope she follows through on everything they ask of her in a timely fashion. You know things don't move as quickly in the Philippines for the average person. Wish me luck because it's now in the hands of my beautiful and sweet darling.

She will do fine.But she needs to be prepared before the interview it's best to practice with you (the fiance).Ask her things that most likely will be asked during the interview.Cause if she doesnt know what she's talking about and get nervous and panicked on her interview that could lead to denial.I'm talking about the interview cause that will be the next step now that you got your noa2 approved, oh medical is a big thing too.We got our noa2 august 26 and still waiting for the letter from the embassy I guess our case is still being reviewed by the NVC.Just hang in there and good luck God bless to all of us.

Don't forget the CFO seminar. Make sure she has all the documents she needs for that as well.
