Hi i have a some Question. If you work under the table when you applying for U visa or VAWA, then if immigration find it, you gonna disqualification for get U visa or VAWA?

I know U visa can wave illegal work but even, in the middle of apply too?

When you say "work under the table" do you mean not reporting your income to the state and federal government, or do you mean working without authorization, using a fake name and SSN?

If the applicant didn't make a false claim to US Citizenship then they are still eligible but it has to be disclosed. If the applicant made a false claim on an I-9 there are permanent bars to immigration relief.

if you aren't paying income tax on the income you made, that's illegal.

engaging in illegal activity while waiting for your visa petition to be approved is not going to reflect postively on your case.
