second interview done!

I just had my Second Interview last Sept 4, 2013 with my fiance and

with the rquesting docs TRAVEL RECORDS and SKYPE LOGS

but the INTERVIEWER told my F just to wait outside. It's a 4 hours interview at FPU room. It all goes well anyway. The Lady was really nice to me.

Anyone here who had a second interview ? how long did you wait before they approved ur visa? Is it still possible to deny our visa even I give all the requesting docs that they needed?

what happened on your second interview? you can check your case on ceac. keep us updated. that was a long wait huh ans very odd usem experience

07-26-2013: GOT MNL # THROUGH EMAIL (NVC)

08-08-2013: 1ST DAY OF MEDICAL AT SLEC (HOLIDAY THE NEXT DAY AND OVER THE WEEKEND)

08-12-2013: 2ND DAY FOR IMMUNIZATION (4 SHOTS)

08-19-2013: APPOINTMENT INTERVIEW / CANCELLED DUE TO SEVERE FLOOD

08-23-2013: RESCHEDULED INTERVIEW / PUT UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW DUE TO MY J1 VISA BEFORE

CEAC STATUS CHECK AS OF 09-02-2013: STILL "READY" FOR THE INTERVIEW. NO CHANGE YET.

09-30-13: READY OPEN CASE

10-01-13: ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING

10-02-13: ISSUED

10-05-13: VISA ON HAND

Why did u have a second interview anyway?..were u denied on the first one?..

NOA 1 ---- 09/21/2011

I-130 Approved ------ 04/30/2013

NVC Case Number -- 05/14/2013

Medical Exam ------ 05/28/2013

Case Complete ------- 08/06/2013

Interview -------- 09/09/2013

Visa Arrived ---------- 10/17/2013

POE SFO ------------- 10/21/2013

Delays maybe inevitable, but misery is optional!

I was given 221g in my first interview, they said they will just call me, I got a call from USEM august 2, 2013 and I thought it was my 2nd interview ( phone call interview) but the Lady said that they need my FIANCE travel records and our skype logs and we can call them back if I already have those docs they needed so that they can set an appointment for interview. And yes they still have my passport.

Did they suspect that your relationship was a fraud? That is why you were 2nd interviewed at FPU? Well im sorry to hear that. Hoping all goes well with your 2nd interview. Did they tell you that your approved already? Do not worry it will happen. Keep the faith.

i see you might on AP(Administrative Processing) good luck I'm sure you'll get your visa soon.It takes time cause you had an RFE so they might stil be reviewing your case and the decision will be there soon.Good luck:) and Congrats in advance just relax for now and be positive.

What new did you get the visa ???? Let the people know plz

the Lady said everything is ok that my fiance provide all the papers that they needed.
