Hi guys,

I need your help.. We finally received the copy of my daughter birth certificate. Oh thank god. It finally get corrected after waiting for almost a year.. Anyway, we are planning to send the petition by next week. We are now gathering the paperwork for the petition. I am just confused on the guidelines here in VJ about affidavit of support (I-864) do we need to include that along w the packet? Please, please, enlighten me..

To all the members out there who had petition for their step child or to the Filipina mother who had their child came here in states through CR-2 please help me and give me some insights..
