An age difference that is against cultural norms is considered a red flag and you will have to do more to prove that the relationship is real but by itself is not an automatic denial

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

A red flag is something that signals that you may be faking your relationship and will cause the consulate to look harder at everything and make your interview more difficult

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

If you between 40 and 60 will be fine but if you over 70 will be a problem ... you did not mentioned the range.

let say I am 80 years old for sure my petition will be deny; but if you are below 40 and can support your fiance

I do not see reason, I do not know if from Pakistan is easy to claim someone; that should be your mayor worry

not the age. at the end all goes to the consul at the American Embassy in Pakistan this morning I was reading

a deny visa from pakistan in this VISA JOURNEY FORUM

good luck you going to need it

You can not be denied based on age alone. You must prove that you have an ongoing, bonafide relationship. Lack of proof supporting your relationship will get you denied, not the age difference. Make sure you send all of he evidence you can, and be honest at the interview. I am 21 years older than my husband and age was never an issue at any point during our process. My husband has been here for a year.

there is no cutoff point of 70 or 80, not sure where you get your information, that is hogwash. A visa cannot be denied based on age alone.

My husband is 26 yrs older than me and i dont see it being a problem either. We are at NVC stage and almost complete. I have plenty of proof of our relationship and weddings pics with family.

So i shall say the same as others age is not relevant if you have a TRUE marriage and can prove it.

brother when did u file ur petition and after how long it was approved ?

you can plan on a mimimum of 8 months for the first approval these days

then a few months from nvc to embassy

then a month or three at the embassy

being from a high fraud country, expect AP after the interview

total time to wait minimum 10 months plus whatever AP turns out to be

Please cite your source for stating that someone over 70 or 80 years old will be denied their petition or for a visa.
