Just recieved I-797c interview date

I have our appointment date for our interview. I had my wifes co sponsors fill out a affidavit 5 times(supposed to be only 2 times but there was errors they made) for our interview it says to bring the affidavit. Can i bring the copies I took of the affidavit i sent with my Aos 2 months ago? its still recent. A friend told me i dont need to go ask them to fill out an affidavit again because they only had there sponsors do it once, and took copies. is it ok if I do this to not annoy them anymore?

Also im working a job my employer is paying me in cash and checks sometimes. im depositing this money to save, but i dont know if i should take any information about this new job to the interview because i think its under the table. what to do?
