Hi. What do I send to Fiancee for her interview? Do I need to send origonal copys of birth certificate and divorce papers?

I am sending copy of 129f that I sent in in April to USCIS with all copies of documents in there.

I will send origonal ( I-134 ), updated origonal letter that I plan to marry within 90 days and updated proof on ongoing relationship.

Will there be a problem with these 2 things I wonder about?

1. I am 62 and she is 37. Age difference 25 years, is that a problem?

2. Lived together as family with 2 daughters 12-2011 to 4-12, but no visits since. Daily Yahoo, Skype, Line, e-mail and regular phone conversations since then.

Thank you for your help, Mike and Dang

The rule of thumb I have heard is anything more then a 15 year difference will through up a flag. It did come up in Jin's interview, but only in passing and we were approved, so..................... Just make sure you have plenty of good quality evidence of a real relationship.

She should have a full copy of the complete 129 packet plus the things you have listed.

The age shouldn't be an issue if the relationship is solid. Living there for 4 months was good proof of course but the gap in time wont look good. They may question the 18 months. I would have her ready to explain or write it out for them why you could spend some time there during that period. Did you support them during that time period? How was that done?

I don't see where you mention the need to provide tax transcripts. Submit at least one year.
