Your narrative doesn't fit any known facts.

There can ONLY be disparity between the people who attend different schools. School systems where the students and their parents don't give two chits about education are poorly performing school systems that turn out uneducated, unemployable students. School systems where the students and their parents (ESPECIALLY the parents) value the education that the school system provides perform well and the studends perform well. Poorly educated students have nothing to offer to employers and it is this / only this that causes the income disparity.

You actually want to sell this asinine idea that income disparity and "school district disparity" is the source of the black community's problems when the black community got picked up every day, brought to school, was handed books, was fed there (for free if needed), then carried home and yet somehow they didn't manage to actually learn enough to make them employable? This thread is about Baton Rouge dude. They're in their 30th year of busing desegregation. Now ALL the schools are substandard and instead of a 60-40 white to black ratio the entire city school system is now 11% white.

They got access to ALL the "good schools". Any change? Not a single one. It's not the fault of the piss-poor students who fcked off their education years though. It's those racist standardized tests!

How do all these poor kids keep managing to overcome the odds and make millions in pro sports.what with no food and all..

How are minorities able to dominate the sports Fields? By Liberal logic the whites should dominate there also.Better nutrition, better health care, more money for summer sports camps, more influence in the school system.

Could it be sports figures are cool and worshiped and intellectual blacks are ridiculed and accused of acting white.

Sounds like they need to yank some of those federal dollars until the communities earn them.

Have you been to a black public school? I did, and my mother taught in them for the last 40 years. There is a huge difference. I can post all day stats about blacks with flawless records being more qualified and not being hired for whites with criminal records and less qualified, or blacks not getting hired because their names sound too "ethnic", or the ones who try to get through school but get gunned down on the way there, but your mind is made up.
