I have actually "field tested" some condoms in Asia and they were "manufactured to host-country specs."

(For the sake of the country's bravado I'll leave it nameless. Let's just say they were X-tra snug on the "made in America" unit.)

This country was not on the Indian sub-continent so maybe that's why the guys there haven't fit them in yet, so to speak.

Oh, and Charles, I just noticed on your "scrap bags" the measurements are listed as 6 1/2 X 5 1/2 X 11. While that may work in parts of India, yeah, I'm going to go ahead and need the "yard waste" or maybe even the "drum liners."
