My case reaffirmed on 22 july 2013 and it is now in embassy and it is in ap no new date for interview without why they put my case in ap i know that there is no time frame for that so i have now no hope for quick work .but want to know that why they put me in this process and why they online write refused as DOS person say email if they have another word they will put it other word .

They put the case in AP while they look it over. They may call you for an interview soon but my husband has been in AP over 14 months after our reaffirmed case was

received at the embassy.

Each case is different and you really can't go by what happens with other people.

DOS told me to send an email (embassy ) and ask them to change status from refused to ap but they didn't changed i send them mail on friday.I dont know should i wait or send them another mail.

How other people get quick response some say visa issued,soe status say book ticket why me in this hellcrying.gif

ok ... you are all over these boards stressing a lot for obvious reasons

you have to give these things time.. which of course you already know

but for you right now time is.. give it a few days for each step right now, not one day or a half day

you are almost there, you sent your email, you should hear back from them soon. if not double check the embassy sight for another email or even phone number

No one on phone will answer in embassy i try for about a week just wait for 5 days and them i will email them or call dos again.believe me or not i now cry a lot so much that my eyes become weaker day by day its depressing and painful for me as i know very well no hope..I try yo keep my self busy nut it a lie to my own self.crying all the night sleep at 3 am missing him alot.

I looked at the website.. have you tried to get an appointment?

I am sorry you are stuck in this situation

i know this is very tough for me every day ii live and die in every second its killing i think i stop checking my status may be one day any good news will come. i really give up.

i send another filled form which i attached NVC letter and senator letter too.I know they never reply .I today with no hesitation lost hope all hopes .He cant come to pakistan again so quickly as he went here 6 months back and you know its very expensive to travel long distance.only i can wait thats it .Now i know only hopelessness and wait is in my luck.Anyway thanks for feeling my feeling and good advice

why not make an appointment for case follow up at the embassy? (for you to find the status)

they have this option

they close every option now otherwise i will do this on first hand

You should wait about 5 days then send another email if it is not done.

its not done and they are not even i think reading my mail.i have senator email for killer ap and nvc mail but they still keep refused over their .Its killing me more now.What to do
