Why 4 pages of G325A?

Could someone tell me if I have to submit all 4 pages of the G325A form? Why is there 4 pages?

Also, I cannot save the changes that I made to the PDF file. Any suggestions?

Just kidding- only fill out the forms if you're ready to print them.

I think that if you look at the bottom of each page they are marked 1-4 and say what they are for.

Before each page at the bottom was marked for a different department like page 4 says consulate. This is why there are four pages and they have just not changed the format. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;#entry601061

The only ways to save changes to the form are to use Adobe Acrobat, not the free reader, but the paid program.

I have Microsoft Office and it adds a "printer" that allows me to print to an image file. "Microsoft Office Image File" so that I can print it later.

... or, if you have a Mac, to use Preview (their PDF-reading software). That's what I did... the only problem with that being that Preview doesn't copy page one over onto all the others, so I had to fill the thing in four times.

Okay so here is a question for you all then... I know that the 4 forms are required. So does this mean I should send 4 copies of the attached sheet I have for my fiance's employment? Might be obvious to some, but not to all as you can tell. Thanks!

Yes, send in 4 copies of any additional information.

It is a bit retarded, your petition only needs one page for each of you, but the G-325A is an ancient form used for many other types of things... Filling out the first page online autofills the other three, then when you print, you just sign and send in all 4 pages.

I printed them out blank, and my fiance and I filled them out by hand during my visit. While there, I didn't notice that each page had a different footer, and we each just did one page. I wondered why I had so many copies!

Fortunately we got through CSC without an RFE for doing just one page each, but this meathod is not recommended!

Since you can't save the forms, fill them out when you are ready and know that all 4 will be autofilled, and print out ready for signing, and send all 4 along with your application for best results. They will either shred the 3 unneeded copies, or clip them all together, who knows? But you will have done the G-325A properly.

let me share this...

my fiance and i just printed all the forms(my fiance sent me the URL of the forms and i downloaded it)after printing the 4-page forms, filled it up manually with patience and sent it to my fiance through LBC express...he then sent it along the other papers and forms to CSC without any problem.

ive read the bottom part of it stating the office where each copy would be submitted.

I believe that the 3 copies are thrown away and have no real use but you still need to submit all the 4 copies or you might get an RFE. Good Luck
