We sent the affidavit of support 10th of august. Ive waited for 24 days for NVCs response and now i got a checklist for the affidavit of support. :( Omg. So i have to sent it again and wait for 30 days? Since they said processing now takes 30 days?. :(

We sent DS 3032 a month a go after 15 days ive called NVC if they recieved it they said i have to fill up the DS 261 which is the replacement for DS 3032, so i did. It was said on the site where i filled the DS 261 that i have to wait 3-5 days, for the IV invoice but after 7 days there is still no Invoice.. *sigh

This is so frustrating :(

Hi mei0508 sorry to heard that.. may i ask whats your checklist about? what did you do wrong? today is already 24th and im still waiting for AOS accepted..

Some parts of it need to be corrected and they are asking for some pay stubs and joint sponsor's proof of citizenship (eg. Photocopy of Biographic page of passport, birth certificate etc.)

So i have to wait forever again.. :(

i can't believe 1 mistake can delay your process for extra 30 days.. if my priority date wasn't current then i would not be mad but since i am current then 30 days seem like 6 months to me.

Do you have any idea how many days before they respond after you submitted the ds 3032 Thanks.

They will accept the Choice of Agent within 10-20 business days. After that, they will generate the IV fee invoice.

nvc sends case complete email approximately one week after your case is complete

you will get the interview letter by nvc the same day the interview is scheduled by the embassy

Hi! Thanks for the info. Hw about the schedule for giving out letters? Like i have read one forum that NVC is sending letters every last week of the month for F2A.

regarding the letters from various embassys and nvc, the information here on vj is much more of an educated guess.. for your case, I have no idea

NVC sends out the interview letters every LAST WEEK of the month (around the 27th).
