Hi there,

this is strange(maybe not), but my I 485 got touched today,afterwards I got 3 emails, saying that the case has been transferred to CSC-

I already got that message way back(plaese look at my timeline)..so, I don't get it...are they working on my file or not?

I am confused :blink:

So, does this mean anything or not nothing at all?

02/09/2005-------Sent in request to Congressional office for assistance with expediting EAD.

02/13/2007 -------- EAD Approved!

02/26/2007 - ------EAD received

Removal of Conditions:

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.

Yeah, we got sorta the same email. We got an email stating it was being transferred to CSC. Then over a month later (see timeline in sig) we get another email stating that our case was pending at CSC. I was definately foncused! In transit for, hmmm let's see....46 +/- days???

Sounds like someone hit the wrong button.. Had that happen with my daughter's, got an email saying they had received the rfe they sent back as undelivered, where in actual fact they meant to hit the one that said they had received the answer to their rfe, which they had. It got fixed up a few days later ...... of course, with no explanation.

3-17-2009 Received by Vermont

Waiting and watching the calendar flip ever so over closer to 4-2-2009 (When my 2 yr GC expires) . . .

4-2-2009 Received I-751 back AGAIN! Oh and my GC expired today.

4-3-2009 Re-Sent I-751

4-4-2009 Received by Vermont

4-6-2009 Date of NOA-1 Extension Letter (Rec'd 4/13/09)
