It will be nice when you finally get to see them. My wife has family in NJ and my whole family is in NY. When her other family members visit NJ from Ottawa, we go up there to make the rounds. I suspect if her AOS is approved, we will go to Ottawa soon after.

My wife realizes that her past decisions put her in this position, but it doesn't make things any easier. We all have our struggles and it's always a great feeling to overcome them. I can only imagine all that you and your wife have gone through. I'm sure you are an inspiration to many on VJ and elsewhere.

I guess I am late to the group of Atlanta members waiting for appointments. I received notice on Jan 8th that we were moved to testing and interview and here we are still waiting. It looks like my wife and I are on the same timeline as some of the other members here so hopefully we will all be receiving letters soon for our interviews.

Last I heard they were scheduling October filers? Wish they would make the online system a little more accurate.

Hi, guys

My name is Cris and this is my timeline for I-130, I-485 and I-765 so far as today May 3rd 2014
I'm applying from Atlanta, GA

March 3rd - Sent the I-130, I-485 and I-765 package to Chicago via USPS
March 5th - Package delivered to USCIS via USPS
March 12th - Checks cashed by USCIS for I-485 and I-130
March 15th - NOA received in the mail for I-485, I-130 and I-765
March 20th - ASC biometrics appointment received in the mail (Appointment for April 8th 2014)
March 20th - Walk In Atlanta ASC and completed the Biometrics process without any issues
April 9th - Status updated on I-485 to "Testing and Interview".

I will post more updates as soon as I get them

Looks like the Atlanta office made some progress since the last update. Hopefully, they really are ahead of this though.

I think I've seen a couple October filers just get their interview dates so hopefully that's more realistic (still slow) but better than June 25th.

At 7:15 this morning, we received notification that our interview will be on June 12.

Things are definitely moving along in Atlanta. We received our notice this morning as well. Scheduled for the 12th of June. Yeah!
