MAY 25TH RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF RFE

JUNE 5TH RESPONDED TO RFE

JULY 2ND NOTIFICATION THAT THEY RECEIVED MY RESPONSE TO RFE 1 MONTH LATER SIGH

How do some of you already have your interview? I just called USCIS and was told that Atlanta is now processing cases filed in August 2013..... I got my noa1 April 9th and no movement since. Not even testing and interview...

I am a November filer and my wife just got her green card in June. Atlanta has picked up the pace. The USCIS processing dates online aren't very reliable.

hmmmm interesting... see our case status never changed to testing and Interview... maybe it did but we did not get an update? Is there a way to find it out if someone messed up on the online case status update?

I never go for the online status. I stopped looking after sending in my RFE. Ive just waited till I gotten a sms or something in the mail. Maybe you get an interview waiver. I filled january and i got my GC.

11/08/13- Texts received for acceptance of all 3 forms
11/13/13- Received NOAs for I-485 and I-765. No I-130?
11/18/13- Biometrics Appointment letter received
11/19/13- Successful biometrics walk in
11/27/13-Received RFE
12/16/13- Sent requested evidence
01/08/14- Case status changed to Testing and Interview
01/16/14-EAD received!

06/12/14- Interview. Approved on spot!
