One approval to-day, 12-10-2013 from 16th. April filer ( few hours back )

http://www.visajourn...cfl=0&id=157044

since everyday there is more and more approvals, we just need to wait and everyone will get approved soon.

no need for the so called lawyersno0pb.gif

when we are so close at being approved, being impatient can be a bad thinggood.gif

actually my brother in law is also living in US and he's also an USC, and he knows immigration laws better than my wife and submit the case on the behalf of my wife. So that's why he called USCIS for our case inquiry but i am hoping it wil get approve very soon..

I asked where my K-3 was being sent to. She told me Lewisville, TX. And then I asked if that was considered the TSC.... and she answered "YES"

Whoever answered yes to your question gave you grossly inaccurate information. The lockbox facility and the TSC are two entirely different facilities in two different cities. The locbox facility in Lewisville is nothing more than an intake facility; the TSC itself is in Mesquite, TX.

Hi lucybelle! How are you? So it's okay to just call in and ask to change your address? No need to write a letter or something?

I had a tier 2 change my address 3 days ago and it hasn't showed up yet online. Do you think I should call back and confirm my address change?

Hi lucybelle! How are you? So it's okay to just call in and ask to change your address? No need to write a letter or something?

I called and asked for a service request. The tier 2 told me he couldn't do it because I had a foreign address. I asked if I could change it to a USA address and he said "sure". I read off an address and that was that. But, it still hasn't showed up on the website yet. I think I'll call Tuesday to confirm address change.

no he talked to an immigration officer during his infopass and he asked if he could just do it over the phone he was told that you can try but for sure they will still tell you to write a letter and mail it to NBC for the change of address.

Did he talk to tier 2?
