Expedites are usually few and far between... although I did read of a girl who expedited and got approved .. her reasons were that she couldn't afford rent and the immigration fees too... So I was told it all depends on the person reviewing the expedite request. Good day/bad day.....whether or not they took their meds ( haha ) or if they had a good weekend. You just never know.

But I agree with a post above... If you get approved, please state the specifics for everyone. We are all so excited to see the approvals come through

I have seen people from May and Sept getting approved. Don't know how they choose their case, may be they look at the race, color or nationality?? who knows ...

Hmmmm wonder if that is the case. I am waiting since last 7 months. Wonder if they dont like me. LOL

So it seems like the approvals are from all over the place but they are finally adjudicating i-130's (or at least for the members who are on VJ)... since we make a small population, depends on the overall population...

Thanks to all my brothers and sisters over here. I wish you all the best.

I just updated the timeline.

Can you give more details. Like NBC: Missouri I suppose or from local office?

Yes. I filed it to the Chicago lockbox and it went to Missouri Service Center. My petition was moved to the local service center last week. I had infopass and the lady told me they just got some petitions from MSC.

It took 208 days for the approval.

My status was never online until today.

Which means they are still shipping applications to local office. Wonder why.
