I-130 MARCH 2013 FILERS!! NBC

There has been 14 K-1 approvals since yesterday (from all service center), and none I-130. I see how wisely govt is using my hard earn money to make sure people who are not committed to each other get to see each other faster than people who has already committed to each other and in some cases have kids too. Well Done! KUDOS!!

Government works for the money and K1 are the one where they can make more money (I am just guessing). I don't think that USCIS will be such ignorant if it wasn't the GOVT supporting them.

We all voted for that so called Change last year and I am thinking that is what affecting I 130s since August 2012. Why in the world they will be so un fair? I do not have any other answer.

I try not to think couple more weeks and I am going to see my wife. Hopefully by then this idi0ts starts working.

I know everyone is hoping to see progress. I want us all to move forward with approvals. My opinion is let now post when we see results. This way we will really know it happening. We all appreciate your best wishes. I am at a point I only look for results. We all hope but action is the best cure. I am suggesting we just start posting action not wishes. Respect for you all we are this together.

Does anyone know if division 8 suppose to open today? Even though I know it won't make any difference to jan, feb, march filers

it's funny (or not so funny) CSC approved this petition in 15 days from what I read.

NBC wants us to wait for 15 months.

but I am happy for their approval.

So I have been reading a lot about the Division 8 opening up. Does this office benefit the March filers in any way? Do our applications go to the local office for approval? I talked to a tier 2 officer yesterday and I asked him about an update for my case. He said that basically, the application will be routed to my local field office which is in Houston. I asked him how long this will take? He said he doesn't know, and I told him that it is going on 6 months, why has there not been any movement in my family, he said he's not at liberty to give me that information.. UGH!!!!!!!!!!

Any march filers with any updates? I checked my case status on line, and the last time it was touched was March 28, has not been touched after that... This is getting really frustrating.
