LOL I dont know but you made me laugh while i'm feeling so saw about my self and everyone as my case .Just clarify something i had k-1 interview before and everything went good in Uscis for my background check .I wonder what is new thing happened since then as i never been in weird situtaion .i am clean like milk .i dont have nothing to worry about .But i will choose the last thing you said lol B********************S

Its so hard to see folks that filed over a year ago still getting the BS run-around. Praying those of you who are still waiting will get approved soon.

I-130 for both parents

March 28th 2013 - Priority date/ NOA 1
November 14th 2013 - Transferred to Nebraska Service Center

January 7th 2014 - Case changed online to approved for both

January 8th 2014 - case changed to shipped to NVC

January 9th 2014 - case changed to NOA 2 mailed

January 10th 2014 - Received the hardcopy of the NOA 2 stating that NVC would issue a case number in 30 days approx.

January 21st 2014 - Case Received at NVC

February 26th 2014 - Case numbers and IIN number received - Wrong embassy code assigned...now waiting for new case numbers.

March 3rd 2014 - Filled in DS-261 for both parents

March 5th 2014- AOS available, paid and submitted AOS packet.

March 6th 2014 - USPS shows packet was delivered at NVC

March 10th 2014 - AOS shows as paid in the CEAC portal/AOS logged into system as being received by NVC.

March 11th 2014 - New case number assigned for my Dad.

March 20th 2014 - Paid IV fee for my Mum.

March 25th 2014 - AOS accepted by NVC with no checklist.

March 26th 2014 - Filled in and submitted DS-260 for my Mum

March 31st 2014 - AOS found in my Mum's file for my Dad - accepted and placed into his file/IV fee available for my Dad and Paid.

April 1st - Mailed all civil documents to NVC for both parents.

April 3rd: IV fee shows as paid in portal/submitted DS-260 for my Dad.

April 22nd: checklist issued for civil documents - NVC error ...

April 23rd: sent another certified copy of my marriage certificate

April 24th: Case complete! :)

April 30th 2014 - Medical scheduled for parents at Knightsbridge in London

June 11th: Interview at London Embassy - Approved :)

Maybe your previous K-1 effected to I-130 now. I filed I-130 for my ex-wife 3 years ago, she has denied a visa in the interview. We had devorced a year after, and now I filed I-130 for my current wife. As you know, still pending......how about your previous K-1 status?

Approved today after 1 year and 1 week... i think i m the last one in march filers :)

hi sadly u are not :( pd march 19th 2013 nebraska center and nothing the background chexk is bs my husband and I are cleaner than water :(

Maybe your previous K-1 effected to I-130 now. I filed I-130 for my ex-wife 3 years ago, she has denied a visa in the interview. We had devorced a year after, and now I filed I-130 for my current wife. As you know, still pending......how about your previous K-1 status?

When we did infopass the lady who work there said everything is ok . i know someone same case as me his k1 was denied mine was expired. and that guy marry his wife and file for cr1 and got approved very faster now he live in FL for over year

Thank you shinwary71 I received the good news today that my I-130 has been approved! I'm feeling so blessed. I'm not sure what made them make a decision maybe all my praying maybe all the phone calls but if you haven't heard anything after a year you can put in a complaint on the office that has your case. You need to go to the uscis website and e-mail them wity a complaint about ur case. Can anyone please tell me now wyat is tge next step? Thank you guys for the support! !

I hate that you're still waiting for NOA2. You should start emailing/calling senators and congressman EVERY WEEK. Or EVERY DAY. That's when I finally got movement on my case. When I bothered those people so much they did anything just to get me to shut up.

Come on over and join the NVC March filers thread, though in a few days the thread will be closed and a new thread will be started. Request Saylin to add you to the spreadsheet she's maintaining on the NVC process, read up Saylin's wiki on the NVC process, it is given as a link in her signature. You can also check out the spreadsheet to estimate from other cases how much time the NVC stage takes.

3/4/2013: Priority date, NOA1.
11/6/2013: Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

1/6/2014: 60 days of transfer are up, put in an e-request, given 30 days' time. Contacted the senator. Senator asked to wait till Feb 6 and if nothing then she will do something.
2/5/2014: Website status changed to RFE.
2/10/2014: Attorney gets RFE. They need G325A and photos of both me and husband, original marriage certificate, copy of marriage record and it's translation.
2/15/2014: Mailed the requisite documents to husband.
2/19/2014: Documents received by husband.
2/24/2014: RFE mailed.
2/26/2014: Case status changed to RFE review.
3/6/2014: After 367 days, NOA2.

After approval kept calling NVC but NVC always had one reply, file was not in their system. Husband too called USCIS National Customer Service Center and was told case was sent to NVC.
4/2/2014: Write to NSCFollowup to know about the status of the petition.
4/10/2014: Put in a ?service request with USCIS starting with OVP to locate case.
4/16/2014: Reply from NSCFollowup that the U.S. law prohibited that office from responding to anyone other than the petitioner and to have the petitioner contact them.
4/18/2014: Sent email to NVC Research to locate the case.
4/22/2014: Petitioner sent email to NSCFollowup

I know tell me we been doing that senator won't answer us back anymore by e-mail or phone, we contacted a foxboro representative is where i use to live and is a friend from my old boss i hope they can help us my hubby placed 2 e-request Im gonna write from his email today and send another email to nebraska center this is stupid :(( at this point i feel hopeless if trying this things hasn't help then i don't kno what else to do :cry:
